Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
To cancel your order, please email us at natalia.k@sevista.store including your order reference in the subject line.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return the item, please refer to our Return Policy below.
Return Policy
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to initiate a return.
To start your return, please log into your customer account and submit your request. Allow up to 3 business days for us to respond to your request.
Upon receiving our confirmation, you must:
- Send the package to a designated pick-up point using a label from us, or
- Use another shipping service and provide us with the tracking code within 3 business days.
Returns from outside the European Union require our prior confirmation for customs documentation. Any customs fees will be deducted from your refund.
We do not offer free returns for non-defective products. Returned products must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags) and packaging. Failure to meet these conditions may result in a denied refund.
Exchanges
The process for exchanges mirrors that of returns. Due to our small stock quantities, exchanges are subject to availability.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your returned items, using the same payment method as your purchase.
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 days, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.
