Shipping Origin
All shipments are dispatched from Lisbon, Portugal. As a self-employed business, shipments will be sent under a person's name and not the company name.
Shipping Carrier
We use CTT, the Portuguese official courier service, to handle all our shipments. They provide reliable service, but please note that shipping times can vary.
Shipping Times
- Within the European Union (EU): Most shipments to major cities are typically delivered within 5 business days. However, please be aware that delivery times can occasionally be longer, especially to countries like Estonia, Latvia, and Cyprus.
- Outside the EU: Delivery times can take up to 14 day and may take longer than expected due to customs.
Customs and Duties
Please note that customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping price. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the customs office in the destination country.
